Talent & Transformation s.a.r.l is a European-headquartered management consultancy with predominant focus on Emerging and Frontier Markets, such as the Middle East; South East Asia and Africa.

Being a boutique consultancy enables us to extend additional advantages to our clients: our size is more streamlined, and internally structured for simplicity, which translates to shorter decision and response times; less bureaucracy, added flexibility in pivoting to accommodate requests for changes to specifications, and quicker prototyping of solutions. In short: lower overheads in our fees and superior speed, simplicity and flexibility in engaging us.

We understand that clients seek innovative and manageable fee solutions, and we answer this call in two ways:

First, via our SemiSite™ hybrid presence option, whereby a consultant is present onsite initially during the Partnering; Discovery and Analysis phases of your project. Thereafter, the consultant remotely crafts the strategy and project plan. Our specialist then returns to site, to socialize the strategy and project plan with key stakeholders; to appoint and brief an internal project team from within your organization and to familiarize then with the strategy, plan and workstreams, for which they are provided the required templates, tools and data specifications. The consultant then semi-remotely guides and monitors your project team: progress of each workstream and overall project progress; costs; potential issues and execution accuracy. Simultaneously, our specialist remains on stand-by for unplanned onsite call-outs or virtual meetings –as required- should challenges arise in-between the planned onsite and virtual remote check-ins. This hybrid presence option significantly reduces clients’ fee investments, whilst still providing them with risk-mitigation and perpetual accessibility to our expertise. Naturally, we also offer a fully-onsite option to clients whom so prefer. Second, for larger projects of longer duration, we offer a flat-rate investment option as opposed to the traditional Billable Hours fee model.

Because we also understand that clients in our target markets of emerging and frontier geographies face a different set of challenges compared to the mature markets (such as yet-to-mature infrastructure and legislation, more chronic talent shortages and less globalized workplace culture), we retain a diverse cadre of mature consulting veterens with no less than 25 years worth of experience each, who have lived or worked in the respective geographies for many years as expatriates in emerging and frontier markets such as the Middle East, Africa and Sout-East Asia. Being experts in the local market and culture, they know what works and what does not. This allows us to better adapt and localize global best practices for your unique market.
